Lydia didn't like the appearance of her teeth and in particular her lower crowded teeth. She wore clear fixed braces for seven months to achieve this result. No teeth were extracted. Small spaces were made in between most of the lower teeth. Patients can see that the teeth look absolutely normal after this process. The most that is ever removed is fractions of one millimeter.These small spaces take no time to close and hence reduce the overall treatment time.
We also shape and define the incisal edges of the teeth to give a "Hollywood" finish to the smile.
