Sometimes shaping or reducing unsightly teeth and adding cosmetic white fillings can make dramatic differences to a smile.
This patient hated her smile. The sharpness of her canines and the protrusiveness of her front tooth were reduced. Then white filling material was added to give the impression of straightening her teeth. More composite was used to close the gap in her teeth too.
The patient said "wow". She was delighted.
This was all done without any injections.
