Gemma didn't like the appearance of her front teeth, particularly form the side profile.
She wore clear fixed braces for 7 months to achieve this result.
There was an increase in Gemma's overjet which she understood would happen before treatment started.
We attached fixed retainers to her upper and lower teeth and Gemma understands that she must also wear the Hawley retainers(removable) 12 hours a day for six months and then when she is sleeping forever, to reduce the chances of relapse.
She was very pleased with the result.
