Deep Whitening - "At Home" tray whitening for 3-4 weeks followed with one hour of "In Office" double strength gel to boost the process. We don't use whitening lamps/lights anymore as I am unsure of their long term effectiveness.
Research indicates that tray whitening in carefully formed, individual trays over consecutive nights will achieve the most predictable, long lasting results.
